I’m starting to see more no shows and last min cancellations happen. Last week I had two no shows, a last min cancellation, and started off today with another no show.
While I understand things come up, life’s busy, and stuff happens, a little notice or communication would be appreciated. Please remember that this is the way I make a living and my time is just as important as everyone else’s.
If this continues to be a trend I will have no choice but to ask for a deposit upfront to book your grooms. Which honestly is part of my policies anyhow after a cancellation or no show.
All I ask for is communication and understanding from my clients. A lot of you are very good about that and I appreciate it very much. It’s a little discouraging having almost $400 worth of grooms not show up or let you know.
