Good morning, dear Fido Family! Little Brown Dog's PSA on this will-be-very-hot-day...plz remember that our Wild Friends appreciate clean, cool water too. And a landing dock for pollinators to keep their wings dry/an escape route for footed friends who climb in but can't get traction to climb out. Rocks and sticks are plentiful and work great in shallow stations. Thanks, LBD, for sharing your knowledge! ❤️

Beautiful weather and adorable faces over at Cabarrus County Animal Shelter today.
Can we talk about sweet Sid? Head-scratcher...this fun boy is one of their current "longest residents". Lots of green flags...silly, friendly, smart, loves toys, loves walks, loves to learn...just your general day-brightener. 🥰

When I see a foster mom hanging onto 3 leashes, I offer a hand...which led to this cute sidekick for the entire event at Mint Hill Animal Hospital today. Best offer ever. 🥰
Nami is approximately 3 months old and is available for adoption through Billies Buddies Animal Rescue. She was a complete rockstar...used her gigantic brain to try all the things I asked of her, was social, confident, and incredibly focused. Though reported to be an active bundle of joy at times in her foster home, this kiddo stood or sat calmly at my feet, snugged in for polite cuddles, or walked beautifully on leash for our whole time together...until she ran out of gas 10 minutes prior to the event's end. ❤️
