Our show Friday night!

This was an accomplished night for both Jess & I! Jessie hasn't ran a show in a year exactly this weekend due to her hurting herself trying to come through the trailer window last June. I did attempt 2 shows a couple weekends ago with Tuff as my first show since my accident last August but Tuff & I had quite the mess up so it wasn't a real run.

I don't normally wear my saddle seat with Jess but I did keep thinking about it since my balance is still pretty off but I kept it off, I shouldn't have. When she came out of 1st she did a weird hop that threw me forward & onto the top of my saddle horn then she slowed up to put me back in the saddle but I still caught myself on her neck which messed up our 2nd. I was fine during the run but as soon as I came out it hit that I almost came off. I instantly started shaking uncontrollably & couldn't breath, the worst panic attack of my life. Everyone was talking to me but all their voices just blurred together. Took someone to touch me to pull out of it & get off of her. After I couldn't walk for a while because my equilibrium was so off. It is so frustrating to keep having this happen but all I can do is keep working at it. Non of this happens when I'm working them at home or before I run, I think if that little mess up didn't happen I would've been just fine.

I still had fun getting to run my girl again, & with all that she still placed us 2nd in 3D of Adult!
