Save more dogs like Bennie on October 24th at Walkin’ the Dog! Bennie is a 3-year-old pint-sized cutie who is ready to pack his bags and move in with a new family.

This cuddly little guy has been affectionate with people here at Gigi’s and is quick to find a lap to curl up in when given the opportunity. He already has nice leash manners and will benefit from continued rewards-based training with his new family.

Bennie may do best in a home with older children or children who will be gentle in their interactions with him. While he can be timid when meeting other dogs at Gigi’s, he did well with his foster’s dog and warmed up enough to play.

Bennie is available for adoption TODAY at Gigi’s during our open adoption hours.

Thinking about adopting? Visit gigis.org before you come to see our current adoption hours and the most up-to-date list of available dogs.

Watch it. Learn it. Try it.

At Walkin’ the Dog, our dog demos are designed to be fun, useful and interactive. Watch expert trainers work with dogs, learn new skills and techniques, and then find ways to try them with your own dog too.

You’ll also find enrichment activities throughout the day where you and your pup can participate together, so this is one festival your dog can actually enjoy right alongside you.
