🐾 Meet Bree! 🐾

Hi, I'm Bree, a beautiful 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix with a striking tan and black coat and a heart just as big as my 68-pound frame. ❤️

I was returned to to the shelter TWICE through no fault of my own, and now I'm hoping my next family will be my forever family. I'm a large dog who simply wants to be where my people are. Whether we're relaxing at home or spending time together outside, I'm happiest just being by your side.

I'm spayed, heartworm negative, and do well with children — they bring out my playful, gentle side! I would do best in a home without cats and as your one and only dog, where I can soak up all the love and attention.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who will be your shadow and your best friend, I'd love the chance to meet you.

At the Bryan Animal Center, we depend on donations from our community to provide the animals in our care with the essentials they deserve—including food, safe shelter, veterinary care, enrichment, and so much more. They’ve waited. They’ve hoped. They’ve watched other dogs find their families while they continue to wait for someone to choose them. 💔

Our long-stay dogs have been in our care for 60+ days, and we think it’s time to shine a BIG spotlight on these very important pups. 🌟

🐶 WEBSTER — 100 DAYS
💙 100 days of waiting for someone to say, “You’re coming home with me.”

🐶 DANSBY — 92 DAYS
💙 92 days of hoping his person is just around the corner.

🐶 LOTTIE — 81 DAYS
💙 81 days of being loved by our staff while dreaming of a family of her own.

Hi, I’m Kingcake, a 3-month-old tan and black mixed-breed pup with an adorable black muzzle and a personality that’s just as sweet as my name! 🥰

I was recently returned through no fault of my own, and I’m hoping my next stop will be my forever home. I’m just a puppy who wants to play, explore, make friends, and enjoy everything life has to offer! 🐶💕

I’m already spayed and ready for my next adventure. I’m also great with other dogs and do wonderfully in small playgroups, so if you already have a furry friend at home, I’d love to meet them! 🐾
