• Owner/barn manager lives on the property and is available to hold horses for farrier, veterinary, and other routine appointments when needed
• Weekly group trail rides, typically held on Sundays and Wednesdays
• Cozy heated viewing room, giving family and friends a warm, comfortable place to watch lessons, rides, and arena activities during the colder months
