Hunter/Jumper Equestrian Facility in Java, NY

Join the team at Hasty Hills Farm!

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with:

*Daily horse care
*Feeding and watering
*Stall cleaning
*Turnout and general barn chores
*Helping maintain a clean, organized facility

Must be reliable, and be able to lift 50 pounds.
Tractor and horse experience preferred.

Great pay, freedom and flexibility, and a wonderful farm and animals.

Mostly mornings, and additional hours available if qualified. This can be a very solid career for someone willing to put in the work!

Catching up on our amazing time in State College for the Lion Country Horse Show, this is a wonderful show that we love attending each year!
💜Kelli Schuster’s Swept Away was champion in the 3’3” Performance, with some absolutely beautiful trips
💙 Emersyn Klink and One In A Million had several top placings in the 3’3” Juniors and Equitation
💜Cara Heise’s Pacific was in the top 3 consistently in the 3’ green classes.
💙 Elizabeth Rozanski and Hasty Hills’ With Pleasure was Champion 6 year old Young Hunters
💜Grace Maloney and Articulate got top placings in the USHJA 2’9”, and he also got top 3’ green ribbons
💙 Dutch Hollow’s DH Cadbury was Reserve Champion Sm Medium Green Pony, and also 2nd in the Brookway Stables Pony Derby
💜Kelly Jameson and Candlemaker were winners in the Adult Equitation, and had top prizes in a very competitive Amateur Owner Division
💙 Alex Michalski and Chairman of the Board had wonderful baby green rounds and some nice ribbons.
💜Susan Grupp’s Good Golly Miss Molly we’re 2nd in the TB Derby and she also had wonderful rounds and prizes in the Low Adult Division with Mary DiBattisto
💙 Leila Morejon and Partly Cloudy were reserve Champion in the .70 jumpers, and won a .80 class in style

We had such a fun time at the show! It’s a perfect mix of a friendly, fun show and really competitive competition for everyone to learn and grow it. Thank you to the Kocher’s, and everyone who works so hard to make it happen.
Great job and great riding to our whole barn! The horses and riders were all fabulous! 🇺🇸

Thanks to everyone who took time out of a busy weekend to come to Java and have a fun day with us. It was great seeing my riders get out of their comfort zone and try something different.
But I think my favorite part of the day was when Jordan started us off with the National Anthum, and for 2 minutes everyone stopped what they were doing and paid respect to our country. We were just a bunch of people doing what we love!

Good morning! Get ready for a HHF Fun jumper show takeover, with live updates and pictures of the day. ☀️

When you arrive, please park your trailers in this field, through the gate pictured. The other gate is too narrow for vehicles. You don’t have to go far up, we will be just putting our trailer all the way up, out of peoples way. If you have a stall, it’s in this barn. Please go around circle to unload, and then park in trailer parking. Cars can park there, or in the pasture below the show ring.
HHF peeps, please park on the race track today.
Controlled schooling from 9-10:30….Just certain fences, so it’s not hectic. Riders must have a back number. Indoor available all day for riding, schooling. And, if you need to lunge - the front ring (across from the house) is available until show time.
Action starts at 11!
