Playgroup saves lives. I can *hope* a dog chooses to walk into a scary yard filled with dogs, or I can help them into an easy, safe yard where they can explore and build confidence. Think of it like driving a child to Disneyland but they are scared of riding in a car. You know that they are going to enjoy it once they're there, they just have to be a little stressed in order to get there.

Does Limosaurus dangle?

When I first started this page, every single one of my dangle videos would get more than 50,000 views and a good chunk of them over 200,000. Kind of brings me a little bit of joy that they are now my least successful reels. The dangle test is just a dumb gimmick to get people to look at shelter dogs, and I don't have to use it to get people to care anymore. Yes, my first 60,000 followers were exclusively because of the dangling the first few months, but I think people are caring about so much more than just to see silly pets in weird positions. Anyway, hello to all of the new friends and thanks for sticking around for anyone who found me in the early days.

It's not that serious, you weirdo "purebred/well-bred" people. I've said it probably a thousand times, but there isn't a good reason for a well-bred companion animal. You can find good temperaments in plenty of dogs. You can train plenty of dogs to be good with kids or cats. You can find athletic dogs that want to hike for dozens of miles at a time. There's a sheltering crisis in the United States and the idea that you need to make more dogs for companion animals just isn't true. (And please notice how I keep saying companion animals and not working animals.)
