A special shoutout to the amazing staff at Infinity Grooming Loft. While receiving a service from one of our team members, a client politely asked, “Who’s the owner of this establishment?” I replied, “I am.”

He then asked for my Cash App and said, “I’d like to treat your entire staff to lunch.” He went on to say, “Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a barbershop. The professionalism and attentiveness are unmatched. Keep up the great work.”
