Big anniversary, big updates for you! 🥳📰 As we head into our 27th year at Park Pet Supply (‼️), we’ve been hard at work behind the scenes making some long-awaited upgrades to better serve both you & your pets!
One of the biggest changes coming soon is a brand new point-of-sale system that finally integrates with our credit card processing & Astro loyalty program to make checkout faster, smoother, and easier for everyone. 🙌
After several attempts over the years (and pandemic-related delays), we’ve finally found a pet industry-specific system we love and think you will too.
One exciting update: instead of keeping track of paper punch cards, the new system will offer Bonus Bucks rewards that can be used toward treats or other purchases. ✨ We’ll also be able to run more promotions and special deals more easily going forward – so stay tuned!
👉 Have a collection of treat punch cards hanging around? Bring them by soon so we can get those free treats into your pets’ paws before we switch to the new system! (We’re working on a way to honor existing punch cards after the transition, but redeeming them now will be the easiest option and help make the changeover as seamless as possible.)
As always, we’re continuing to do our best to keep healthy, high-quality pet care affordable because we know we’re all navigating rising costs together right now.
