We offered to assist in gathering supplies to a local church group that will be heading up to Arden, NC to help people in need.

We thought it would be helpful to gather supplies for all the animals that are also in desperate need. So we contacted local rescues that are in that area in dire need and will be loading donations up for the next two Fridays to send to those animals in need.

Please share! Drop off outside of the Doggie Days front door or inside in the lobby.

Val update! 🤍 She’s doing really well and she loves being with her friend Leo. And always gets super excited when I come home and she can hear me. As you can tell she loves the sunshine and warm weather!!☀️

Soaking up all the Puddin time!! 🐐

Puddin was born on April 16th, 2024 in the morning. We knew Penny was pregnant but the birth was a complete surprise and a great one. So happy to have such a sweet little wild girl. Her mom, Penny is in the picture below she is a great mom.

We had our first Easter photo shoot here on the farm, the kids had an absolute blast hanging out with all the animals! If you would like to book a session to get photos with the animals please send us a message! All proceeds will go to the animals and their care. ❤️

We worked hard over the weekend to finish our new pasture this pasture is dedicated to Mrs. Pittmans classes. We visit her kids every year and these sweet families have raised the funds to build this additional pasture for our sweet rescues! The animals love it!

We would like to welcome Valeria to our farm. She was born blind and was rejected by her mother who also had another baby. Sadly she was in a large pasture, and the herd constantly left her behind where she would stand spinning in circles, not knowing where to go. She was very much loved, but needed a special place where she could be monitored and given friends that would stay close to her. She has joined our special-needs goat herd in small enclosed area. She is doing very well with a regular schedule and her food and water being in the same exact spot at all times. Being in the smaller pasture, makes it very easy for her to know the boundaries and find the barn. We will be adding bells to the other goats that she staying with so that she can hear where they are. She can see some light so we are going to install some barn lights for her as well. she loves attention and people and responds to voice very well. She will be a permanent resident due to her limited eyesight and knowing that change can be very hard for her and scary.
