Monday 7th Sept 7pm Open Committee meeting - Parish Centre, Carlton in Lindrick (next to the Church). Come and be involved in reviewing our progress and planning future events.

Wednesday 16th Sept - Training on the club field - 30min private dressage sessions with Keeley Squires 4 to 7pm - £22.50 members / £25.00 non-members.

Wednesday 16th Sept - Training on the club field - Show Jumping 1 hr groups of 4 with Deborah Brentnall 5-7pm - £15.00 members / £20.00 non-members. All abilities catered for from cross poles upwards.

Thursday 17th Sept - Training on the club field - Working Hunter Clinic - 1 hour groups of 3 with Polly Archer 5-7pm - £15.00 members / £20.00 non-members. All levels catered for from beginners to more experienced combinations.

Friday 18th Sept - Training on the club field - Working Equitation 1hr 15 mins groups of 3 with Carolyn Goldstraw 2- 6pm - £22.50 members / £25.00 non-members. Uses an obstacle course to work on versatility skills, agility and obedience.

Saturday 19th Sept - Dressage Competition at Milton Equestrian Centre - Intro, Prelim, Novice, Elementary and RDA classes. Entries via horse events:

URGENTLY NEEDED!!!!
Area 16 have a Combined Challenge and Combined Training competition running this Saturday 22/8/26, Epworth Equestrian.

We are DESPERATELY looking for our members, non-members, past, Present or future members, volunteers, friends, Aunties, Uncles or cousins to consider helping the club to fill various volunteer roles on the day to ensure the competition is able to run.
Roles to fill are:

Xc fence judges
Dressage writers
Dressage stewards
SJ pole pickers
SJ steward

Please, please, please, if you feel you could help
your club with any of the roles above, contact us here in the comments section, and help

Thank you to everyone who attended our Championship show yesterday. Well done to everyone who took part with special congratulations to champions and reserve champions.

In-hand Champion - Debbie Pons and Hoo-Ha Henry and Reserve Champion - Zoe Hollingworth and Pewit Dancing Master.

Under 12s Champion - Eleanor Sutton on Lady Penelope and Reserve Champion - Holly Gibson on Stadmorslow Skye.

Ridden Champion - Charlotte Donaghy on Henry and Reserve Champion - Claire Caudwell on Gone to Mayo.

Lots of firsts at the show with some competitors first show and some of our four legged friends attending their first show, even one judge supporting TRC for the first time and Craig managing his entries unaided for the first time 🤣

We are very excited to be welcoming you to our Championship Show tomorrow Sunday 16th August. Please see approximate start times for classes. If there are any clashes don’t worry we will radio through to stewards in the other ring.

Championships will be held for each ring, all competitors placed 1st or 2nd in individual classes will be eligible.
In- Hand Championship 🏆 at 12:30
Ridden Championship 🏆 at 14:00
Under 12s Championship 🏆 at 14:40

Lovely sashes and rosettes 🏵️ to be won 🥇

We will have catering for hot food and drinks, Galloping Goodies delicious cakes, Tack Stand and lovely gifts by local stockists including the new Pet Plushes.

Following a ground inspection last night and the forecast for much lower temperatures we are running all the showing classes and championships on Sunday 16th August, including ridden, in hand and under 12s. As our field is not grazed or has any foot fall on it between events it is better than most. That said we have made the difficult decision to cancel show jumping, puissance and working hunter classes.

Both our show judges are experienced and will accommodate the firmer ground to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience so please follow their guidance.

Any entries made to cancelled classes can be refunded via horse events or transferred to a different showing class. To accommodate changes the booking entry will stay open until Friday 14th August.
