✨🎀 Bella 🎀✨ Thank you so much to Graceful Goodbyes and Dr Sophie Thornton for the care, compassion and kindness you showed Bella when we had to say goodbye to her at home.

It was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to go through, but the way you cared for Bella and made her final moments so peaceful, calm and dignified meant more to us than we can put into words.

You treated her with such gentleness and respect, and you also gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye as a family. Being able to have her at home, surrounded by the people and dogs she loved, was incredibly important to us.

Bella was part of our family for 14 years and losing her has left such a huge hole in our home. We will always be grateful that her final moments were filled with love rather than fear.

Thank you for making an incredibly painful experience just a little bit easier. ❤️🐾

A little update ✨Monday 20th July I leave for my first holiday in 6 years!

⭐️The crematorium will remain open and home euthanasia services too on an appointment basis. I still will be contactable at then end of the phone like normal.

⭐️It will be running in the very professional hands of my closest friends & colleagues Dr Sophie Thornton & Dr Sylwia Paklos who many of you may have sadly met on home visits so I know you will be in the absolute best care.

⭐️Appointments maybe more limited so please give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

⭐️I will be back in person seeing clients from Tuesday 28th July.

I know how much family’s have the comfort in knowing my services are here and available so closing wasn’t an option for me I couldn’t just leave you all!

I hope you all understand and thank you again for all your continued support it really means a lot to be able to help all the wonderful families that choose to use my services 🩷

With the recent footage from another UK pet crematorium this has understandably raised questions and concerns for many pet owners and I wanted to give you all some reassurance.

✨I do not hold any contracts with any veterinary practices all my clients are lovely people that have chosen to use my services or have been recommended me.

✨I do not collect and incinerate clinical waste and sharps bins from veterinary practices.

✨I am a small independent business doing this by myself ☺️

✨Although I’ve held 20 years this year working in the veterinary industry my priority is always educating each family in there different options allowing them to choose what’s best for there family during this incredibly hard time.

I work at a very high standard as a professional person still regulated by the Royal College Of Veterinary surgeons but also under the correct year inspections and licensing by Animal health & DEFRA.

My cremations are all individual as you all know, I treat each family and beloved pet with the utmost care and respect like my own.

I take great pride in my work and supporting such wonderful family’s in there time of need.

I want to thank you for all your continued support and recommendations ❤️

I cannot recommend Tara enough. From the very first message I could feel her empathy straight away. We spoke on the phone so she could cover all detail, and reassure me that my beloved cat (Cougar) would be in good hands. Tara messaged every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on, which was especially appreciated when she collected him from the vets for me. The care taken to get his nose and paw prints, and some precious fur was just such a lovely touch. Not only does Tara provide an incredibly personal and efficient service, she enables your pet to return home in no time at all ✨
