🐾 NEW PRICE LIST & UPDATED POLICIES - Starting 28th September 2026🐾
We’ve updated our price list to make sure our prices reflect the time, care and costs involved in running our small business. 🤎 Please have a read through the new price list below, please note this was not the easiest of decisions to make but once adding up all expenses including insurance, training, equipment and fuel we needed to make a small increase. The following prices will come into place on the 28th of September 2026.
We’ve also had to introduce a cancellation policy due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations. When a slot is cancelled at short notice, it often means another dog has missed out on that space.
➡️ At least 7 days’ written notice is required to cancel or change a booking without a cancellation fee.
The only exception is extreme heat, where walks may need to be cancelled or changed in line with our heat policy. ☀️🐶
💰 Payment for all services must be made before the service takes place, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is also required for bulk bookings and pet sitting.
