🐾 A LITTLE REFLECTION AFTER 2 YEARS IN BUSINESS 🐾
After nearly two full years of running my dog walking & pet sitting business, I’ve recently come across my first ever bad review.
I’m not going to lie, it really upset me. When you put your heart and soul into your business, care for every dog as if they were your own, and work incredibly hard every single day, seeing something negative about you can be difficult.
What has left me particularly confused is that I genuinely don’t recognise the lady who has left the review, nor do I recognise the situation she appears to be referring to. I have no record or recollection of having a client or situation matching what has been described, so unfortunately I’m unable to understand where the review has come from.
I’m always open to genuine feedback and I would absolutely want to know if a client had ever been unhappy with my service so that I could listen, address their concerns and learn from it. However, in this instance, I simply don’t know who this person is or what experience they are referring to.
Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for so many amazing dogs and wonderful clients, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust people place in me with their beloved pets. ❤️
One review doesn’t erase two years of hard work, the relationships I’ve built with my clients, or the countless lovely reviews and messages I’ve received along the way.
I’ll continue doing what I’ve always done — putting the dogs in my care first, working hard, being honest and providing the best service I possibly can. 🐾
