Hi, everyone. Don't forget that we are at pet value, on the Queensway in Simcoe, Ontario.
We have three gorgeous kittens ready for adoption. These are the "Logo" group. They're so darn cute, they're even cuter when they're all messed up with their food.
They are certainly ready for adoption. And we have a special on today. With post vaccinations included in their adoption price.

Let's not forget our 3 Guinea pigs who are just waiting to find a home. They don't necessarily have to be adopted together, but they are certainly bonded. They are 3 female piggies who love cuddles and exercise.

Today we will again be at Pet Valu 10am until 2pm

We're not sure who's going to be there, whether it will be kittens, guinea pigs, rabbits, we just know it's going to be furry friends.

It's a great day to come. Visit Pet Valu (Simcoe - Queensway) and meet your new furry family member.

When we think volunteers can take a breather, more babies come along. Kittens or puppies, there seems to be no "Baby Season".

ThompsonQueen found as a local stray was very pregnant and ready to find a warm place to have her babies. This spicey girl had a few good swats in her but once labour started she became the sweetest.

Josoca found herself in quite the predicament when she started her journey into motherhood. Taken to an emergency veterinary appointment, after xrays, ultrasound, bloodwork it was decided that a c-section was necessary for the health of her and her babies. She is resting comfortably and her 11 (eleven) babies are doing fine.
On a sidenote, Josoca did test positive for Heartworm and we will be starting her treatment once the babies are weaned.

Thank you to our Veterinarians who look after our emergencies; we are blessed for the care they give our animals.

Please give this $5 Friday, and help the babies coming into care and the medical cost of care for emergencies such as Josoca.

A BIG shoutout to those who stopped to help our girl Jocosa.

This big girl decided to break out of her dog kennel. Then volunteers later last night fixed the kennel, added space, made sure it was secure (or so we thought), closed up the space she used to escape the room the dog kennel was in and stayed with her until she was calm, laying down and comfortable.

When the call came in from OPP to see if we could help this very pregnant girl that was, we knew it was our girl. Volunteers rushed to the scene and the closest Veterinary Clinic was called.

You helped make a momma dog a little more cofortable and gave 11 puppies a great start at life!

Not only did this very pregnant girl break out of her kennel 2 times, found an escape route of the room, she found the only window in the building that was open and went through the screen to run. We are not sure why but from what we were told she has never had a collar or leash on, she has never been in a cage, she has always been allowed to run on her own ... this certainly shows.

We are here at petvalu in Simcoe for an adoption event. We have Viola, Mister, Shortcake, Kookie, Puddlez and PuddlezJumper they are all looking for there forever home to have lots of fun and cuddles.
