Today, our two little fluffy charmers had a very special date with a beautiful lady at Kalamunda Hospital. 🤍🐴

The vision for our rescue horses has always been to share their gentle, healing presence with those who need it most — healing horses, healing hearts. 🦋

This is the very heart of why I do what I do. To give these beautiful rescue horses a purpose beyond their own stories, and to allow them to bring a little comfort, connection and love to others.

Today, our hearts are with this very special family who are walking through one of life’s hardest journeys. The love, strength and care you have for one another is truly inspiring.

We are sending all of you our love, prayers and the gentlest of hugs. 🤍

Thank you for trusting us with such a precious and meaningful date. It was an absolute privilege. 🐴

(A special thank you to each of my beautiful herd members who came out to help get the boys ready and make everything go smoothly.)

“They may arrive carrying the scars of yesterday, but with patience, kindness and love, they learn that tomorrow can be different.
We don’t rescue horses to change who they are — we rescue them to give them the safety, trust and time to become who they were always meant to be.” 🦋🐴

Sam decided he missed his friends over at Perth Equine so he cracked his tooth for a quick visit! 😅

Today I received the heartbreaking news of the passing of my mentor, Monty Roberts.

Monty was one of the people who shaped my understanding of horses from a very young age. His wisdom, compassion, and quiet way of communicating with horses transformed not only the lives of countless horses, but also the hearts and minds of the people who loved them.

His teachings became the foundation of so much of my own journey, allowing me to help horses with greater patience, empathy, and understanding. For that, I will be forever grateful.

While the equestrian world has lost a true legend, his legacy will continue to live on through every gentle hand, every horse given a second chance, and every person who chooses kindness over force.

Thank you for everything you gave to the world, Monty. Your influence will never be forgotten.

Rest in peace, Monty Roberts. Monty Roberts

Mr Woody's wound rehabilitation progress!
It has definitely been a big journey with this boy and his hind leg injuries, especially being freshly postpartum myself. However he is healing well and the amazing Perth Equine Hospital team has done a wonderful job yet again. Our heroes that don't wear capes! Thank you Perth equine!!! We would not have been able to help all the rescues over the years without you guys!

Meet Woody, one of our rescues!!!
Mr Woody is currently recovering from a leg injury but is expected to make a full recovery.
This boy has the best personality and is full of potential. He will even water your garden!

I haven't been very active on our socials the past few months, however we have had our hands full with rescues.
