Here are some snaps from our last holiday camp✨

Showjumping and the infamous Pony Presentation were the highlights for this group, it was so great to see the more experienced riders demonstrating and sharing knowledge with the other students. It was such fun!

Here are some snaps from our first April holiday camp last week🐴✨
We had such a great group with some familiar faces and some brand new, and what fun we had!
The students participated in a number of different games, such as mug races and bending, as well as show jumping and barrel racing. It was so nice seeing the arena filled with ponies and some of the bigger horses!
Super proud of everyone’s efforts, we cannot wait to see what this week’s camp brings!

A massive congratulations to Lilly Mace and her horses, Winnie and Hugo, for their fantastic performance and great win at the Pony Club Championships last weekend! Winning the Grade 1 Equitation Championship (for the third consecutive year!) and coming 4th in the Grade 1 Championship.
Lilly is an ex student of WRRS Orielton, learning on our very own Penny, Possum, and angel Sophia. Pictured below is Lilly on her first pony, Bullseye, in April of 2016..
To say we’re proud is an understatement!! She has certainly come a long way, it has been such a pleasure to watch and be apart of her journey.

Thank you to all the team at the Inglis Pony Club for organising such a good weekend!🐴❤️

WRRS goes to the Wynyard Show!

Wow. There really are no words for how proud we are of the students and families of WRRS. Yesterday was a perfect example.

• Thea and Ohana did fantastic in the equestrian arena. Both their ponies looked incredibly smart and their collection of ribbons speaks for itself!!
• Jazella’s entries found her in 1st and 2nd place for photography, they are amazing!
• Lisa won Grand Champion Craft Exhibit with her beautifully crafted cat featuring strands of Daffy’s tail for the whiskers!! How creative!

Such a great little group with four ponies coming in with their riders for the day! They all participated in bending and show jumping, it was fantastic to see.

Yesterday we celebrated a very special birthday. The baby of the herd, Chiron, officially turned 2 years old! Little man is not so little anymore🥹🐴🎉
Keep an eye out for a post showing his growth over the last two years!

P.S Apparently Chiron doesn’t share the same affinity for molasses as Mr Bear and Skye, more cake for them!🤣

Some snaps from our most recent Fun Day!
We were lucky enough to have some visitors from down south, it was so lovely to catch up. Even though it was a small group, they made up for it with heaps of fun!

A bit different from our usual horsey-posts but we felt it needed recognition ⛵️🏆
One of our star students, Mike, has shown talent on the tides of the Bass Strait by competing in the National Mirror Class Sailing Championship. 10 races over 4 days, with 24 boats competing from a number of different states.
Mike and his skipper Jessie (who won the Ladies National Championship) won Second Overall!

Congratulations Mike and well done for representing Wynyard Yacht Club on a national stage!!
