The moment you wish you knew what to do

Last week a client told us, “I just froze. I didn’t know what to do.”

Her dog had nicked a paw on a walk.

At first it seemed small… then the blood started, and suddenly it was towels, Dr Google and panic.

We hear versions of this story all the time:
A dog eats something they shouldn’t
Overheats on what feels like a “normal” day
Has a seizure or collapses out of nowhere
