To all our valued clients,
Unfortunately due to the new restrictions placed on Eftpos surcharges and the associated cost to our small business, we have had no choice (like many other businesses) but to adjust our pricing accordingly to accommodate for these costs. This will come into affect from October 1st 2026.

We do apologise for the inconvenience but did not want to eliminate EFTPOS as an option for our clients. So please note that all XS-M sized appointments will increase by $1 and all L-BG appointments will increase by $2. This was carefully thought through for the past few months and unfortunately is the only solution that will work for our business. We do hope you understand.

ANNOUNCEMENT;

This is not a post that any business owner should have to write, but we would like to make it firmly clear that we do not and will not ever tolerate abuse to our staff of any kind.

Our staff members work tirelessly because they love animals and are exceptional members of our team. Abuse towards any of our staff will result in you not being welcome back.

It is ridiculous in this day and age that we should have to point this out. We would love for our staff to love their jobs, be respected by our clients and uplifted. If you have positive comments of your interactions please do comment as our staff could use it right now.

In addition, all clients are expected pay for services at the time of collection, this is non negotiable. Failure to do so will result in pre paid appointments or losing your spot all together.

50% OFF DOG GROOMING?!

Yes you read right!

Yes it is winter, but our dogs still need grooming! Pictured first is the beautiful Rough Collie who recently came in for a winter groom. And how amazing is that transformation?

Our dogs still need to keep their nails short, paw pads clear from hair so they can grip the ground, sanitary clean to prevent infection and their coat needs to be preventing matting that causes severe cold when wet or damp.

We are offering a mid winter special, 50% off the base price for all new clients! That’s any groom, any size and any breed receding 50% off their first groom with us!

To book please contact us here on Facebook or via text on 0413 613 350

Need daycare? We are also offering $30 full day daycare when booking a groom service.
