We’re delighted to have Eva in our Level 1 scent class this week 🥰

We last saw her when we helped out with temperament testing her big litter at VON GORON German Shepherds and we have to say she was a favourite! ❤️

Now 15mths old and absolutely stunning in both temperament and looks, we can’t wait to teach her the basics of scent and see how far she goes… we suspect a very long way 👏🏻

When ‘normal’ is enough 🫶🏻

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Misty and her dedicated owner.

Misty is a lovely 9 month old cavoodle, absolutely typical of her age, full of life and chewing! 😁

Implementing management strategies and enrichment, including scent games, enabled Misty to have appropriate outlets for her energy⚡️

Misty’s owner has done a great job and we reassured her that Misty’s behaviour is absolutely normal for her age and mix of breeds 👌🏻

Often, this validation makes all the difference and can be the most important part of the consultation 🙏🏻

There can be lots of conflicting information out there and there are plenty of ‘experts’ willing to offer an opinion (or ten) but, unsurprisingly, we are yet to find any formal qualifications amongst them 😉

We have a couple spots left in our Level 1 (beginners) 4 week scent course starting Weds 3 June at 5.30pm at Mount Clear Scout Hall.

Learn how to harness the power of your dog’s incredible nose and build your connection as they engage in the most naturally reinforcing game there is!

This wonderful activity is suitable for all dogs - from nervous reactive dogs to playful, driven dogs who want a job!
