🐾 YEARLY PRICE INCREASE and a Message to Our FNF Family 🐾
As many of you know, this time of year is when we conduct our annual pricing review, and our scheduled price increase is now due.
Like many small businesses across Australia, we continue to face increasing costs across wages, insurance, utilities, rent, supplies and compliance. Normally, these rising costs would mean implementing our annual price increase at this time.
However, at Fetch n Fun, we have always believed that we are so much more than just a business. We are a community. We are a family of dog lovers who support one another, celebrate life’s milestones together, and trust each other with the care of some of our most treasured family members.
We know many Australian families are continuing to feel the effects of rising living costs and ongoing financial pressures. As a local, Australian family-owned business, we understand these challenges because we are experiencing them too.
After a great deal of thought and consideration, we have made the decision to postpone our scheduled price increase for the time being.
We know that for many families, daycare is more than just a convenience – it’s an essential service that helps them balance work, family and life commitments while ensuring their dogs receive the care, exercise, enrichment and socialisation they need.
For this reason, we feel it is important to absorb these increasing costs for the time being rather than place additional financial pressure on our FNF families. We hope this decision provides some extra breathing room during a challenging economic period and allows your pups to continue enjoying the exceptional care, enrichment, social experiences and facilities they know and love at Fetch n Fun.
Your trust in us means everything. Every daycare booking, grooming appointment, wellness session, recommendation and kind word helps support not only our small family business, but also the incredible team who dedicate their days to caring for your dogs as if they were their own.
While we are delaying any changes for now, we will continue to monitor business costs and economic conditions over the coming months and will revisit our pricing towards the end of the year. Should a price adjustment become necessary, we promise to communicate openly and provide plenty of notice so families can plan ahead.
