Blend it, bottle it, drizzle it on everything.

Making herb oil is one of the easiest ways to get the most out of your fresh herbs — and once you make it, you’ll want it on everything.

The Recipe:
Blanch any soft herbs for 15 - 20 seconds
Refresh and shock in ice water
Squeeze out moisture
Blend on high speed with a neutral oil
Strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth overnight in the fridge

Voilà! Save this one for next time you have fresh herbs to use up.
