Without "Something Fishy," there wouldn't be a Country Pets & Ponds, or
Randy met Marilyn DeHaven at her pet shop in Sedalia.
As a young airman stationed at Whiteman AFB in the late 70s and early 80s, her store Something Fishy in Sedalia was Randy's favorite hang out.
40+ years our shop is one of Marilyn Dehaven's favorite hang ours.

🍁 A HUGE shout-out to Ashland from 121 Farmhouse Kitchen! 🍁

I had Ashland come out this afternoon to decorate for fall, and I am absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. She took what I already had, added her creative touch, and transformed the space into the warm, welcoming fall look I was hoping for.

The corn stalks, pumpkins, mums, gourds, ribbons and all those little details came together beautifully. She has such a wonderful eye for placement and knows how to make everything feel intentional without looking overdone.

And maybe my favorite part? I didn’t have to figure it all out myself! 😂 I could simply hand it over to someone with the talent and creativity to make it happen.

If you love having your home or business decorated for the seasons but don’t have the time, energy—or the decorating gene 😆—I highly recommend reaching out to Ashland at 121 Farmhouse Kitchen in Warrensburg and asking about her decorating services.

Supporting another local woman and small business is always a win, but when she leaves your place looking THIS cute? That’s an even bigger win. 🧡🍂🎃

Thank you, Ashland! I LOVE it!
