All the dogs are out with each other during the day! We do have indoor kennels that they go in at bed time. We have 7 runs for dog boarding. We like to keep it small so we can spend plenty of time with our furry friends! ALL BOARDING DOGS MUST BE TREATED WITH A FLEA TREATMENT BEFORE BEING DROPPED OFF . We groom cats. Starting rate $40.00

es 2 baths, nail trim and file, ear cleaning, and the cut of your choice (if possible). A**l gland expression and flea treatment are a $5.00 extra cost. Our grooming prices are the best in the area! We use all natural grooming products. We trim nails $8.00 for a trim and file. Walk-in's welcome!! Matthew LaValley has over 20 years of experience working with animals, first as a veterinary technician for a small animal practice in Connecticut. He taught a veterinary assistant course at Middlesex Community College for four years and was involved in volunteering at an animal shelter. He went to The Connecticut Canine Education Center in Newington
and finished his studies in animal grooming in 2008. He worked for multiple grooming and boarding facilities before opening Wag On Inn in 2010.

Well look at that! It's Friday and we had another busy week full of fun and cuteness! Our first picture is a German shepherd dog so let's learn more about them with our Friday Fun Facts 🎉
German Shepherds are globally recognized for their sharp intelligence, unwavering loyalty, and versatility. Originally bred in the late 19th century as herding dogs, they rank as the third smartest breed and excel as protectors, guide dogs, and elite working companions for police and military units.
Widely recognized as the third most intelligent dog breed, they can learn and memorize new commands in just 3 to 5 repetitions. Often referred to as "German Shedders," they have a thick, dense double coat that drops fur year-round, requiring consistent grooming and an excellent vacuum. Their sense of smell is remarkably powerful, capable of detecting odors up to 10,000 times better than humans, which makes them ideal for search and rescue. Originally bred to manage large flocks of sheep, they are fiercely protective and form lifelong, unwavering bonds with their owners.
: Males typically weigh 65--90 lbs and stand 24--26 inches tall; females weigh 50--70 lbs and stand 22--24 inches tall.At a full sprint, they can reach speeds of 30--32 mph
