Dog Kidz Country Daycare and Boarding

10/28/2026

I’m in a very good mood this morning.

Because I’m playing with the pups. 🐾

Honestly that is the whole explanation. No further questions. 😂

There is no bad morning when it starts like this. Wagging tails, happy faces, and dogs who are just absolutely thrilled to exist. It sets the tone for the entire day and we would not trade it for anything.

Best alarm clock. Best coworkers. Best job. ❤️🐶

Why does boarding cost so much? Let’s talk about it.

Because what you are actually paying for goes a lot deeper than a place for your dog to sleep.

You are paying for staff who show up seven days a week including holidays. Liability insurance that protects your dog if anything goes wrong. Years of experience that means someone knows what to do in an emergency. A facility that is cleaned, maintained and safe every single day. Medications administered on schedule. Food prepared to your exact instructions. A team that notices when something is off and acts on it immediately.

The places charging significantly less are often cutting something to do it. Sometimes that something does not matter. Sometimes it really does.

At Dog Kidz your dog is not just being watched. They are being cared for by a team that takes that responsibility seriously every single hour they are here.

That is what the price reflects. 🐾

Fall photoshoot day at Dog Kidz. Expectations vs reality. 😂🐾

Expectations:
Perfectly posed pups. Cozy fall vibes. Pumpkins. Leaves. Absolute magazine cover energy. ✨🎃

Reality:
One dog nailed it. Sat perfectly. Looked directly at the camera. Was an absolute professional and we love them forever. 🐶

The rest?

A blur.
A nose.
Someone’s tail.
A dog mid zoomie headed directly at the camera.
Eye contact with zero interest in stopping.
A pumpkin knocked over.
A dog who sat perfectly and then immediately did not. 😂

We tried. They did not. And somehow the chaos photos are our favorites anyway. ❤️

The fall photoshoot is a FREE add on included for all of our daycare dogs — because every pup deserves their moment even if that moment is a little blurry. 😂

Keep an eye on our socials for all upcoming daycare events and activities. There is always something fun happening at Dog Kidz and you do not want your pup to miss out. 🐾🍂

The betrayal on their face when they realize what is happening. 😂🐾

One second they are happily trotting along. The next they see the tub and suddenly they have no idea how legs work. The floor becomes very interesting. They go completely boneless. They look at you like you have personally wronged them in a way they will never recover from. 😂

And yet.

They come out the other side fluffy, fresh, and strutting around like they planned the whole thing. Zero memory of the struggle. Full confidence in their new look. 🐶

We see it every single day in our grooming room and it is genuinely one of our favorite things. The drama. The resistance. The miraculous transformation. The swagger on the way out.

Worth it every time. For them and for us. ❤️

Pickup time and they absolutely lose it. 🐾😂

The second they hear your voice or catch your scent it is OVER. The spinning. The crying. The full body wiggle that starts at the nose and ends somewhere around the tail. The dog who was just casually hanging out two seconds ago is now completely unhinged with joy. 😂❤️

And honestly? That reaction never gets old for us either.

Watching a dog reunite with their person is one of the best parts of this job. Every single time. The way they look at you like you hung the moon. Like you were gone for years. Like this is the greatest moment of their entire life. 🐶✨

They had the best day. They made friends. They ran and played and lived their absolute best life.

And still — YOU are the best part. 😌❤️

That right there is why we do this. Happy dogs going home to the people who love them most. There is nothing better. 🙌🐾
