Happy Friday 🤗

The weather has been lovely these days and reminds me of fall 🍂. The fruit stand is winding down but we will be open today and tomorrow from 9-2 with lots of delicious fruits and veggies!

Pictured is a cucumber snack with Tajin and Black Chili to get you inspired 😋

And a reminder to mark that calendar for September 19th, Open Farm Day in the Pleasants Valley Area! We and a few other farms will be open and have vendors on the properties…more deets to come!

***PEACH SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT***

Fruit stand traffic has been slowing down significantly, so this week we will be OPEN on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY. CLOSED Thursday, Sunday, and Monday.

We expect to sell out of our white nectarines and pluots these two days, and that will end most of stone fruit season except for cosmetically challenged peaches.

We are also holding our last peach variety and pluot variety for Open Farm Day on September 19th. So make sure to mark your calendars since that will be the last day to get stone fruit!

The garden is still in full production and we want to continue offering that at the stand regardless of stone fruit, so we are evaluating what that looks like moving forward- stick with Friday/Saturday open days or move to a self serve option with more open days. I’ll keep you posted with our plans after we get through this weekend.

We are all pooped from prune harvest, so the whole team is taking Sunday off to rest and start the week off fresh.

We will be CLOSED SUNDAY but will be OPEN MONDAY from 9-2.

Good morning and happy Saturday! 🍉

We still have some peaches! There is limited supply of the regular flats but lots of cosmetically damaged - white peaches and yellow peaches.

Remember, get here early for peaches since it is still possible we will sell out!

Y’all ate up our veggie table so William and I will be picking more from the garden for you today!

Great news, William was able to get the prune harvester back up and running, and we were able to get lots of fruit picked and packed thanks to this extra day of being closed!

With that said, we will reopen on Friday from 9-2!

It’s going to be a very colorful fruit stand with lots of offerings, including a Tomato Medley Box, inspired by our customers!

We will have peaches but QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED. This is your PSA to arrive early if you want to get peaches as we will SELL OUT. I cannot stress this enough - arrive early!!

And if you arrive and are disrespectful to staff because we sold out of peaches, you will be refused service and asked to shop elsewhere. There is zero tolerance for disrespect towards staff, especially since Mother Nature has shown us this whole season who truly is the boss.
