Update: Hubby got home and discovered that our refrigerator compressor is no longer working and it was causing the GFCI switch to shut off. We had to order a new one. Thankfully my baked goods ingredients are kept in a separate refrigerator. Thankfully, I have a fully functional Kitchen again with running mixers and oven. I will be getting my steps in running to and from my baking refrigerator. Stand will still be open tomorrow. Yay!!!!

Well, this morning is off to a frustrating start—half my kitchen has no electricity! 🤦‍♀️ Hoping it’s just the GFCI and an easy fix. Looks like I’ll be getting a late start today. Ugh… coffee first! ☕

Ran out of flour today… a baker’s version of a coffee emergency. 😂 So off to Costco I went!

Stocked up on flour and oats like someone threatened to cancel baking season. I think I’m set for a while… or at least until I say, “Let me try one more recipe.” 🤣

What do you think—how long will this haul last?
