The pups have all left with their families to their forever homes. Hooligan Mastiffs is welcoming Franklin to the family, he will soon be going home with my son and his wife. However, Franklin waited and played with his last sibling Blue (Ripp) until he was picked up this weekend. Always sad to see those little sweeties go. Hopefully lots of love and licks are happening all around !

When are those pups going to their new homes??? Grandma, mom, and Penny are wondering when they get thier peaceful lounge area back from those routy pups. Pickups start next Friday the 13th, I will be sending our scheduling information over the next couple days. Still one fawn male and one brindle female looking for their forever homes. We will be posting them to the AKC Marketplace this weekend.

Pictures covering last week. The puppies are now 6 weeks old and all doing well. We had a real scare during the storm as our HVAC motor burned out two days before the storm hit and the needed part was on backorder.

I was able to find the part on ebay but the storm still delayed it's arrival, so we weathered over a week at subfreezing temperatures by McGyvering a partition between the family room where the puppy pen is and the kitchen, and blasted space heaters. Thank goodness we didn't lose power. The poor puppies just had to endure soaked kibble that was cold, but they didn't seam the wiser.

Setting pup puppy pickups this week. Currently we still have one boy and one girl (Peanut) still available.

Moving weekend. The puppies have outgrown the whelping box and have been begging Pumpkin for solid food. This last weekend we put together the new puppy pen. We decided to redesign the floor and go with a cheap vinyl plank that will make it easier to break down and store with one person now that our older teens are away at college.

Not so sure it is as waterproof as advertised, but the tarp underneath is the fail safe to protect the hardwood floors. This new floor doesn't have much insulation from the hardwood so let's hope this cold spell warms up just a little bit. They are quickly learning about their new space and puppy pile a lot on the heating pad and in their new den space. Sweet little angels!

Pumpkin's first litter has arrived! Again sorry we haven't been keeping up to date on this page, but our baby we kept from Nala's first litter has now had her first litter. She had 8 beautiful pups, 5 Boys and 3 girls. There are 4 brindles and 4 fawns, all of the fawns are all Boys. Pumpkin has bonded with them and is being a good mom. Please share with anyone who loves mastiffs!
