It has been announced that Wedgewood Pharmacy, a supplier of our third-party online pharmacy Blue Rabbit, is recalling certain compounded veterinary medications due to inconsistencies resulting in possible subpotent and/or superpotent medications. This recall affects just shy of 4,000 different compounded medications ranging back shipping dates as early as February of 2026.
Crossroads Animal Hospital is currently taking our own precautions to reach out to any and all clients who we believe may be affected by this recall with this warning and with other potential compounding pharmacies and/or medications to keep your pets supported.

If you find that your pet is on a recalled medication, please call the office to discuss next steps. Our technicians are working diligently to disperse this information and create plans for affected pets, so you may need to leave a message and be called back when our technicians are available.
