📢 Boarding & Grooming Update 📢

I am still accepting boarding reservations for October, but please note that I will NOT be taking boarding reservations during the last week of October or grooming. Boarding will also be unavailable from the last week of October through December 14th.

This includes grooming appointments. I will stop scheduling grooming appointments on the first day of the last week of October. For those who normally come back regularly, appointments will be slightly stretched—around 8 weeks—so that when everyone returns, it will align closely with when I am back to work and taking regular appointments again.

If you need boarding or grooming anytime before the last week of October, be sure to contact us soon to reserve your spot! And please make sure your reservation dates do not extend into the last week of October, as we will be closed during that time.

‼️‼️Reminder for December Boarding Reservations.‼️‼️

I will be back to work starting December 14th, so you can now make boarding reservations for dates after December 14th. And it will fill up super quick so I will try and get everyone in but once I am filled I am filled up.

If I were you, I would reserve your spots by mid-October because after the last week of October, I will not be answering my phone or taking reservations as I will be out of the clinic for 6-8 weeks during the month of November and first two weeks of December.

🗓️Deadline to reserve December boarding spots: October 19th nothing after that or before the 19th.

Please call or text me to reserve your spots for Christmas boarding after December 14th. Spots will fill quickly!

As of right now, I am currently not taking any new clients at this time for grooming. I truly appreciate all the support, referrals and interest in my services, but I am not accepting any new clients at the moment.

I will post an update when I am accepting new clients again.

I will not be available for grooming appointments the week of June 22nd–26th, as my daughters will be in swimming lessons each morning from 10:00 AM–11:45 AM.

If you are boarding and need drop-off or pick-up during that week, I will be available from 8:00 AM–9:30 AM. Please make arrangements accordingly, as I will not be able to accommodate later times.

Even though this is still several months away, I wanted to give everyone plenty of notice and reminders ahead of time.

There will be temporarily NO boarding or grooming services available from the entire month of November through December 14th.
Starting the last week of October, I will no longer be accepting boarding reservations or grooming appointments. As many of you know, I’ll be preparing for baby #3 and want to be on high alert in case I go into labor early or at any time. ❤️

I also plan to take about 6 weeks of maternity leave, depending on when baby arrives.

I appreciate everyone’s understanding and support during this special time for my family. 🩷

IMPORTANT:
You may still make Christmas boarding reservations, but I will NOT be accepting boarding reservations for November.

Please plan ahead for grooming and holiday boarding needs as appointments before my leave will fill quickly.

📢 Update: Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times
Starting immediately, boarding drop-off and pick-up times have changed.

🕗 New Times:
Drop-Off: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Pick-Up: 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM

Please provide an exact time when you will be dropping off or picking up your fur babies. I will not wait all morning or afternoon if I don’t have any scheduled grooms.

⚠️ Important:
If you arrive after 5:15 PM for pick-up, a $20 late fee will be added to your boarding bill or you can wait till next morning.
Do not request to reserve a boarding spot or schedule grooming after hours. I will respond the next day, as I am not available after work.

🐾 Friendly Reminder: Boarding & Grooming Are Separate Businesses 🐾

Hi everyone! Just a quick heads-up that our boarding and grooming services are two separate businesses even though they share the same building.

If your dog is being boarded and you’d like them groomed while here, please write two separate checks or pay separately one for boarding and one for grooming.

Here’s why: combining payments can confuse the register, and I have to move money around to make it balance. I know writing two checks might feel inconvenient, but it really helps keep things running smoothly for both businesses.

I want to clear the air and put these rumors to rest so everyone can hear it directly from me.

I am NOT quitting grooming. That is absolutely not the case. I had a feeling there might be some confusion once I made my announcement, so I want to be clear grooming is something I love and I’m not walking away from it.

What I am doing is stepping back a bit to take care of myself during my pregnancy and once my baby arrives.

My availability will be more limited, and I’ll only be working certain days during the week for a while.

My family comes first always has, always will. I want to be fully present for this special time, for the big moments and the everyday ones too.

Thank you to everyone who supports and understands this season of life. I truly appreciate you all, and I’ll still be here just on a slightly smaller schedule 💛
