We are so very sorry we have no been posting. Like took us for a loop and we are no longer located in Shreveport,LA. We have moved to Missouri. Our babies are still happy and healthy, they done really good on the trip. We have plans to renovate a building for the rescues we have. It’s going to take a lot of work but we are going to get it done for our babies!!! We wanted to do an update and let everyone know where we have been and what’s been going on!!

This morning, I took my son to the doctor and we discovered an Amazon box that had been purchased from our wishlist. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the generous individual who provided this thoughtful gift. Your kindness is greatly appreciated, and the items, particularly the pea flakes and carrots, will be loved! The critical care supplies are especially valuable for unexpected emergencies.

This morning, we were contacted by a kind woman who had safely caught a rabbit in her front yard. Of course, we immediately said yes to taking him in!

While space is becoming limited as we continue rescuing from our home, we will always do our best to open our hearts and doors to animals in need. We aren’t sure whether this sweet boy wandered away from a home or was sadly abandoned, but what matters most is that he is now safe, warm, and cared for.

We decided to name him Lufa , a little nod to Luffy, because we like to think he sent this fluffy boy our way, and because, well… he is super fluffy! He is already proving to be the sweetest little soul.

Welcome, Lufa. You are already so loved. ❤️

With summer coming up please be mindful of your rabbits in the heat. Heat can be a killer. You can provide cooling tiles for them to lay on. Freeze water bottles and wrap in a cloth and lay them down for them to lay up against.
