Our friends at LLumin, Inc. are big time animal lovers and helped support Dakin in a big way! Throughout August, the Llumin team generously sponsored several of our online initiatives that help bring awareness to programs designed to help companion animals get access to resources as well as shelter animals find homes.

But, the team didn’t stop there. They hosted a supply drive, collecting LOTS of critically-needed items from our wish list. During the summer months, our supplies go FAST, so these gifts are put to immediate use in caring for the many animals here at the shelter.

Going even further, the Llumin team visited Dakin for a day of service, where they volunteered their time and passion for animals by assisting with some projects inside and outside of the shelter!

We are so grateful to carry out our work in a community filled with animal advocates and heroes. Paws ALL the way up in thanks to Llumin, Inc! 💙🐾

It may be September, but it’s still summer here at Dakin. That means our adoption center is BUSY! We continue to take in many animals daily and our staff is working hard to provide the care and resources that every animal deserves.
