🌧️🐾 **Weather Update from Rayford Animal Wellness Clinic** 🐾🌧️

We know many of our clients are keeping a close eye on Tropical Storm Dolly, and we are too.

At this time, **Rayford Animal Wellness Clinic plans to remain open during our normal business hours.** Our team is closely monitoring the forecast and will continue to do so throughout the evening. If anything changes, we'll let everyone know as soon as possible through a Facebook post.

The safety of our clients, patients, and staff is always our top priority. ❤️ If you have an appointment and don't feel it's safe to travel, please give us a call or text—we're happy to help you reschedule.

For those with pets at home, now is also a great time to make sure you have enough food and any other essentials on hand, just in case the weather changes unexpectedly.

Please stay safe, take care of yourselves and your furry family members, and know that we'll continue to keep you updated. We're here for you and your pets every step of the way. 🐶🐱💙

🐶Even RAWCstars need a little study session!

Just a heads-up that Rayford Animal Wellness Clinic will be closing early TODAY at 12:30 p.m. for a staff development meeting!

We’re taking a little time away from the clinic to learn, grow, collaborate, and continue finding ways to provide the best possible care for our patients and clients.

🕐Closing today: 12:30 p.m.
🕗Back at it: Monday at 8:00 a.m.

🚩If your pet experiences a medical emergency while we’re closed, please seek care at the nearest emergency veterinary hospital.

🐱You can still leave us a voicemail or send us a text, and we’ll respond in the order messages are received when we return Monday.

🐾 Poppy is on the mend — and now she needs a home! ❤️

Poppy came to us at RAWC after being found with significant injuries to both of her back legs. She had a fractured left tibia and an avulsed right Achilles tendon.

We repaired her fractured tibia with a plate and screws and surgically reattached her Achilles tendon using pins and a tension band. She has handled everything like a champ and is now well on her way to recovery.

Now comes the most important part: Poppy needs a home where she can finish healing and grow up.

Her ankle pins will need to be removed in approximately 10 weeks. We will remove them and spay her at the same time at no cost to her adopter.

Poppy has already been through the hard part. Now she just needs someone willing to give her the good part — a home of her own. ❤️

MEET NOODLES, SHE NEEDS A HOME ❤️🏡

This sweet girl’s life changed very unexpectedly. Her owner was recently detained by ICE, leaving Noodles without the person who had been caring for her and without a home to return to. 💔
Now, this beautiful girl needs someone to step in and give her a safe, loving place to land. 🐱💕

Noodles is also recovering from a wound on her body, but thankfully she is healing and doing better every day. We’ll be sharing more videos soon so you can follow her progress and get to know her sweet personality.
Right now, we are looking for a loving family who can give her the safety, comfort, and affection she deserves while we figure out what comes next.
Her world changed overnight. Maybe you can be the person who helps make her next chapter a beautiful one.
