🐾 First Day Milestone: Welcome Heizle! 🐾

Today was Heizle’s very first day of daycare at Happy Tails, and she absolutely crushed it! 🎉

Heizle is joining us for some structured daycare days to get completely comfortable with our routine and environment, helping her prepare to board with us in the future. Building that confidence early makes overnight stays a total breeze!

The absolute highlight of her day? Meeting her brand-new best friend, Beau! 🐶❤️ These two had instant chemistry and spent the day matching each other's energy perfectly.
She's officially part of the family now, and we have a feeling she’s going to sleep *very* soundly tonight. 💤

🐾 Big Welcome to Happy Tails!🐾

Atlas & Compass have joined in on all of the fun! Lots of playtime, socialization & enrichment time.

Compass is a graduate of KnightWatch-K9 Pet Training & Boarding. During Daycare, she gets to work on refresher training and enjoys our obstacle course.

Atlas is working on building confidence. He is doing daycare in order to get to know our staff, training and play areas. Our goal is to take everything at his pace.

He is already jumping in his mom’s car, excited to come play every Monday! He soon will be enrollong in the DayTrain Program at KnightWatch K9.

🐾 Beamer Found His Best Friend at Happy Tails! 🐾

While boarding with us, Beamer met Sammy, and the two quickly became inseparable. From playtime to nap time, these little guys spent their stay together making new memories and enjoying their vacation while their families were away. ❤️

One thing we hear often is, "What about the small dogs?"

The answer is simple: our small dogs have their own completely separate experience.

🏡 Small dogs stay in the house.
🐾 Small dogs have their own dedicated play areas.
🐶 Small dogs are never mixed with large dog groups.

👀 Small dogs are supervised and managed separately based on size, temperament, and play style.

At Happy Tails, we don't believe small dogs should be treated like an afterthought. They deserve an environment where they can feel safe, comfortable, and enjoy their stay just as much as the big dogs.

Look who’s hanging out with us at Happy Tails! The dynamic duo, Zulu & Pepper, are spending some quality vacation time here for boarding, and they are absolute rockstars. 🌟

While they’re busy enjoying all the playtime, belly rubs, and pampering, these two smarties are also getting a little bonus perks during their stay. They’ve been receiving a complimentary training refresher to keep those manners sharp and shiny! 🧠✨ From nailing their focus to practicing perfect boundaries, they are proof that vacation time can be both fun *
and productive.

It is always such a joy having Zulu and Pepper with us. They bring the best energy, and we love watching them thrive!

🐾 Welcome back, Kate!🐾

We have a very special guest staying with us for boarding this week! Meet the beautiful and brilliant Kate.

Because Kate is a proud graduate of the KnightWatch-K9 Pet Training & Boarding program, she isn't just here to lounge around and get belly rubs (though she’s getting plenty of those, too!). We are taking advantage of her stay to give her a structured obedience refresher.

🧠 What Kate is Working On:
* Sharpening the Basics: Tuning up her sit, down, and stay with distraction-proofing.

* Impeccable Leash Manners: Remembering her KnightWatch heel position & loose leash walking.

* Impulse Control: Practicing door manners and waiting patiently for her meals.

Why a refresher? Even the best-trained dogs benefit from hitting the "reset button" now and then. Keeping her mind engaged during boarding reduces stress and ensures she goes home just as well-behaved as she arrived!

Kate is absolutely crushing it and showing off those stellar KnightWatch skills. Safe to say, she’s the star pupil of our facility right now! 🌟
