Parish of Caddo Ordinances and Louisiana
State Laws as they pertain to animal control,
public health, public safety and welfare. Comments and any other content containing any of the following are not allowed and the Parish reserves the right to remove any content that is violation
of this social media policy or any applicable law:
1. Comments and articles not topically related to the particular social media article being commented on;
2. Comments in support of or opposition to political campaigns or ballot measures;
3. Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuated discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age religion, gender marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation;
5. Inappropriate sexual content or links to inappropriate content;
6. Illegal conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
8. Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems;
9. Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party;
10. Comments or content that harass or advocate for the harassment of another party;
11. Comments or content that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to another person;
12. Comments or content that contain restricted or password-only access pages or hidden pages or images;
13. Comments or content that involve the transmission of ‘junk mail’, ‘chain letters’ or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, or ‘spam;
14. Comments or content soliciting or designed to solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial purposes;
