Duke is 2 years old and a retriever pit mix who is one of the sweetest dogs who is neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative. This sweet boy loves affection and has a true cuddle bug who never turns down pets or snuggles. He’s full of energy and is always ready to tag along wherever life takes you. Whether it’s a walk, or road trip or just hanging out in the yard, Duke wants to be part of the fun. Duke is looking for an active family that can keep up with his adventurous spirit while giving him plenty of love and attention. He can be nervous during thunderstorms and has been known to jump a fence if he’s trying to get back to his people, so a secure environment and supervision are important. Duke is very selective in the dogs he plays with , so he may do best as an only dog. Despite his playful antics, Duke’s biggest wish is simple: to have a family of his own. Brinley is a one year-old brindle terrier mix who is one of four dogs that was abandoned on the streets until a kind person brought her to pet savers along with the other dogs. Because of this, Brinley‘s history is unknown.. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm negative. In spite of her rough start, Brinley still loves to play and she is very puppy like. Brinley does play well with certain dogs here at the shelter, but she is dogs select as far who she does play with. She tries very hard and is a very people pleasing type dog. She is a bit of a jumper.

Boscoe— A 3-year-old Boston Terrier/Terrier mix with maybe a little Dachshund too and he weighs in about 35 pounds. Boscoe is up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative & neutered so he is ready for a fresh start in the right home. Bosco can be a little unsure around some other dogs and may come off as reactive at times so he would do best with a patient owner who understands his needs for slow introductions and structure. But once Bosco trust you his true personality shines- he can be an incredibly sweet loyal dog and will form a close bond with his person. With the right environment and a little understanding, Bosco has so much love to give, and it’s just waiting for someone to see what a truly amazing dog he is.
