Teagan had her procedure yesterday—a fasciotomy to treat her suspensory injury—and she’s coming home from the vet today to recover and start her rehab! 💜



A huge thank-you to my niece Jessie for being my right-arm girl while I’ve been in the hospital. She’s been hauling horses for me and helping keep 🦋Blue Butterfly going. I’m so grateful for her! 🐴🦋

Not the news I hoped for as we wrap up the show season for 2026, but Teagan’s comfort and health always come first. 💜

I know there’s been some talk about me bringing the horses home, so I wanted to share what’s going on. Teagan sustained an injury that will keep her out of the arena for the rest of the year. My show season is over, and I won’t be attending Western Nationals. For now, my focus is on her rest, rehab, and giving her all the love (and cookies) she deserves.

We’ll miss being in the show pen this fall and winter but I’m so grateful for my sweet roany pony. Thank you all for loving her as much as I do—I’ll keep you updated on her recovery! 💜🦄
