🎃 PRE-ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN! 🎃

Pre-entries and stall reservations are officially open for our Rocking L Equine Ranch Horse Classic Halloween Spooktacular, October 31–November 1! 👻🐴

➡️ Pre-enter and reserve stalls here:
https://saddlebook.com/organizations/1522/events/16847/production

We are working hard to have the new outdoor stalls completed before the show. If they are not ready in time, we will notify everyone in advance so you can plan accordingly.

The fields should be combined by then, and tie-outs and portable pens are welcome!

We hope to make this a HUGE turnout and a fun-filled Halloween weekend for the whole family! We’ll have trick-or-treating, a horse costume contest, hayrides, bounce houses, fall-festival activities, a photo booth, and small pumpkins for the kids to paint and take home! 🎃🍂

Get those entries and stall reservations submitted—we cannot wait to see everyone!

📣 SHOW POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

After a lot of consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend’s show.

We have had numerous exhibitors reach out needing to cancel their entries due to the extreme heat, and unfortunately, there is still no real break in the temperatures expected Saturday or Sunday.

At the end of the day, the safety of our horses, riders, families, and especially the cattle has to come first. We simply cannot risk the health or lives of the cattle by asking them to work in these conditions.

We also pride ourselves on giving back as much as we possibly can through added money, awards, prizes, and everything that goes into making our shows special. With the number of cancellations and lower entries, we would not be able to put on the quality of show that everyone has come to expect from us.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This was not an easy decision, but we feel it is the responsible decision for everyone involved.

Thank you all so much for understanding, supporting us, and continuing to support the Rocking L Equine Ranch Horse Classic. 🫶

We will get the new date announced as soon as possible, and we hope to see everyone when the weather is much more cooperative! ❤️🐴

🎉 AUBREY’S BIRTHDAY MYSTERY COW CHALLENGE UPDATE! 🎉

Due to our judge and scribe not being able to be there Friday night, we are moving Aubrey’s Birthday Mystery Cow Challenge to SATURDAY! 🐄🎂

Everything else will stay the same — just a different night!

We appreciate everyone being flexible with us, especially with the heat and a few schedule adjustments happening this weekend. 🫶

We are still planning on making this a super fun birthday jackpot for Aubrey, and we can’t wait to see everyone Saturday! 🎉🐴🐄

☀️ HEAT UPDATE FOR THIS WEEKEND ☀️

It is going to be EXTREMELY hot this weekend, and the safety of our horses, riders, families, and everyone attending is our top priority! 🫶

We are going to take every precaution possible to help keep everyone safe and comfortable in the heat. Because of that, our schedule may change some throughout the weekend. If needed, we may move cattle classes to early mornings and/or later at night when temperatures are cooler.

Please bear with us and be flexible as we make those decisions based on the weather and what is safest for everyone and their horses. ❤️🐴

🏡 Also — the house upstairs is OPEN TO EVERYONE!

Please feel free to head upstairs anytime you need to cool off, relax, sit in the AC, or even take a little nap. Seriously — make yourselves at home!

Kids are absolutely welcome upstairs too! Our kiddos have lots of their farm toys, cows, horses, trailers, and metal pens up there that they are happy to share with everyone. 🐄🐴🥰

We just ask that parents please help make sure those toys stay upstairs and don’t accidentally find their way home 😂❤️ Our kids are kind enough to leave their favorite things out so all the kids at our shows can enjoy them, and we would love to be able to continue doing that!

👶 If you have a little one who needs a nap, we also have bedrooms upstairs and a Pack ’n Play available. You are more than welcome to set it up in one of the rooms and give your little one a cool, quiet place to rest.

Please take care of yourselves this weekend, stay hydrated, listen to your horses, and never hesitate to come inside and cool down.

As always, we appreciate every single one of you SO, SO much. 🫶

We cannot wait to see everyone this weekend at Rocking L! ❤️🐴☀️

‼️PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT THE SHOW IS STILL AGO NEXT WEEKEND I REPEAT THE SHOW IS STILL AGO NEXT WEEKEND .. ‼️‼️‼️

08/28/2026

🚨 PLEASE PRE-ENTER FOR OUR SEPTEMBER 5 & 6 SHOW! 🚨

We are asking everyone who is planning to come to please get your pre-entries in as soon as possible! ❤️

Remember you can choose “Promise to Pay at Show” when entering, so you do not have to pay right now!

This is the time of year when we start selling cattle, and we obviously need to know how many cattle we need to keep/buy back for the show. We also really need to get an idea of what our numbers are looking like across the entire show, not just the cattle classes.

We realize there was not much time between our last show and this one, and we truly apologize for that. I should have looked at the dates a little better when we originally scheduled everything. ❤️

That being said, we have to make the decision that makes the most sense financially and logistically. If we do not have enough entries for September, it may make more sense for us to combine everything we have planned into our October show instead.

So if you ARE planning to come September 5 & 6, please pre-enter now so we know you’re coming! 🙏🏼🐴

You can hit PROMISE TO PAY AT SHOW we just need to see those numbers!
