On June 9,2017 at the Post 440 in Newton some of Shultz's former guests will walk the runway with some local celebrities! We rescued Jackie and her family from a Tennessee high capacity shelter. They were in a huge crate (mama and babies) because that is the only room the shelter had! The shelter managers do their best to not euthanize dogs for more room so poor Jackie was stuck in a crate! We saw the situation she was in and made sure she would NEVER feel like that again! We welcomed her as our guest into our rescue and have been caring for the family of 8 for the last 4 weeks. We got the puppies healthy by helping Jackie care for them. Just look at this family now! If you believe in the work we do,,,please consider buying a ticket! You can find them here!

In the meantime send Jackie some love!

"I thought that when my owner picked me up she wanted to snuggle with me. I should have noticed that she was really rough with me and no cuddles were coming from her! Instead she threw me over a fence into someone's yard and ran away. Imagine that? It really hurt me! Thankfully, Shultz's Guest House was there to soften the blow and rescue me! I prefer cuddles to being flung away any time. In 3 weeks time (June 9), Rescue to Runway will be held to raise money for more dogs like me who deserve better! I will make you a deal! The 10th person to buy a ticket today, gets to pick my name! I need a really, really cute one! Here is where you can buy them!"
