Round O Fox Run upcoming hunt information. Well folks i have been asked numerous times to have a more economic style hunt so here is what I'm going to try. AA/Derby plaque trophie hunt , no $$ just and old fashion grudge hunt between you and your fellow houndsman . August 8th, cast at first light to judge. Now we have 2 choices on time to run and cost. $30 per hound for 3 hrs or $40 per hound 4 hrs. I will do the numbers by text when i call you back i ask which one you prefer the majority vote will win .AA numbers will be odd #'s and derby will be even. Awarding top 15 per class. Now i want to let everyone know with deer season getting close and hunting clubs having last minute work day i may have limited numbers of judges so we may have some 3 person hunting judges. I will get as many as possible and make decisions the day of hunt.I will open the number sheet tomorrow July 13,at 6:30 by text i will take 60 all age and 60 derby that is my limit. If i do not get at least 75 head combined in the 2 classes by Monday July 27th i will go ahead and cancel the hunt before i order and pay for plaques. Text for numbers 8439089666. Well good morning fellow Houndsman. Here i go with what's on my mind, like it or leave it That's up to you. Saturday June 27th Round O Fox Run had a Masters 1 day speed and drive hunt with some great prizes and payback awarded. YES we missed and messed up on the final calculation of the hunt and when it was brought to our attention we went to work on fixing the mistake. Now I know some have said that there was no preparation done. I will tell y'all we had made mock hunts and run through the hunt program a few times the weak of so quite naturally making up scores and times and judges. We didn't put duplicates in so we missed it. I'm going to say this Hunter O'Neal Way work hard preparing for this hunt and is absolutely took responsibility and made it right, which is exactly what he should have done. Judge, if you like that's fine but I will publicly say I'm proud that he stepped up and done the right thing to get this hunt right. Now I'm going to go a different direction, I am the one that told Hunter O'Neal Way to have the hunt. It was a spite hunt , Let me explain. I'm not going to name names. I'm not going to name hunts but when you're having a Masters hunt and you are a representative of the Masters affiliation on the Masters affiliated pages of Facebook, having auctions and bids to a hunt, it should be open to the public and leave your feelings at home. When the auction was closed, bids was denied and then denied the chance to get numbers in my opinion started what I will call absolute cheating. The Masters is a annual end of the year point system and it's your denying anybody from coming to a hunt you have already cheated in my eyes the opportunity for the point system. When you deny higher bids you have already took from each and every houndsman entering that hunt. With that being said, there probably wouldn't have been a hunt at Round O Fox Run if he'd had numbers for the other hunt. Now I am proud that he was man enough to step up and do the right thing. We'll take this black eye folks but you just remember if it has happened to us it has happened probably to other people. Transparency is what showed us. We made a mistake. I'll just ask all of you to think how many times have y'all seen the end results of a master's hunt without the top 10 judges sheets. Everybody has their opinions including myself and that is fine. We going to keep fox hunting and enjoying what we do and I will promise each and everybody when you come to Round O Fox Run like you or not your hound will always get a fair shake . Good afternoon Houndsman well Round O Fox Run June6 $$ hunt is in the books. But i made a big brain fart goof up. I just let you all know i do know how to tell time but in the hustle of getting the last prep on lunch my brain said 10:30 blow the horn that i did and it should have been 10:45., mad at myself, absolutely sick. I have apologized to all the hunters at the hunt and once again please forgive me y'all. Now that that's been said and told we had 3 hours and 45 minutes of solid running. Lots of good looking hounds . Thanks everybody. From judges to office help. I could not do this without y'all. Thank you to all the houndsmen that come to support the pen and sorry for the mess up. Congratulations to all that place! And a big shout out to space jam kennels with the co-pilot hound.

Round O Fox Run hunts, available booking and questions for July hunt. First the next hunt in the pen is the Masters SXS $$ hunt hosted by Hunter Way . ( He will be in charge of the 📯 😆). Any questions about that hunt I'll get the answers for you. Now this week's available booking on the 6:30 a.m.cast are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, room Thursday, room Friday Saturday, room Sunday. 6:30 pm cast Monday, Tuesday,room Thursday , may have a little room Friday and Saturday tbd. Round O Fox Run hunt update and this week's available booking. First as of right this minute i have 62 hounds on the book for the June 6th hunt. Please if you have numbers and you are not coming Please turn them in asap. (Today or tomorrow preferred )If numbers go down to less than 50 i would and will cancel the hunt. Available booking for this week seeing how its a hunt week i can get you in every day this week but Wednesday evening cast and Saturday am cast that also includes Sunday both cast. Good evening fellow houdsman, i had a gentleman contact me after finding a hound with no collar on it . This hound was picked up in Beaufort county highway 46 and highway 315. They were unable to keep the dog so they turned it over to the Beaufort county animal shelter. If you're missing a lemon and white hound with what I believe is a dyed black number 76 on it, please contact me or look up the Beaufort county animal shelter. My phone number is 843 -908 -9666 .
