Today, our Poco Bar Ranch family is mourning the loss of someone who held a very special place in our hearts.
Our dear friend and client, Misti, passed away after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was a woman of incredible strength, grace, and kindness. Beautiful inside and out, Misti always put others before herself and was always there to help, encourage, and support those around her. She wasn't just a client—she was family, and she will forever be a cherished part of Poco Bar Ranch.
Please keep her husband, Philip, their son, Gage, and all of her loved ones in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We pray they feel surrounded by love, comfort, and the many beautiful memories Misti left behind.
One of Misti’s lifelong dreams was to have a horse of her own, and that dream came true with her beloved Diesel. He was so very special to her, and the bond they shared was something truly beautiful. As we grieve her loss, we find comfort imagining Misti out in the pasture, smiling, spending time with Diesel, loving on him, and reminding him just how much he is cherished.
Diesel is here with us at Poco Bar Ranch, and we know he misses his mommy. We promise to continue surrounding him with the same love and care that Misti gave him so freely.
To honor Misti’s beautiful life, we would love to bring our ranch family together for a special Pamper Diesel Day. We’ll spend the day giving Diesel all the things Misti loved to do for him—a warm bath, lots of brushing, special treats, and endless love. It will be our way of celebrating the incredible woman who made such a lasting impact on everyone around her and honoring the special relationship she shared with her horse.
Misti, thank you for your kindness, your friendship, your strength, and the love you brought into our lives. Your spirit will forever be a part of Poco Bar Ranch. Every time we see Diesel, we will remember the beautiful soul who loved him so deeply.
Rest peacefully, sweet Misti. We know you’re never far away—probably out in that pasture, loving on Diesel, exactly where your heart always wanted to be. 💜
