Hershel wants everyone to know that behind his handsome, chiseled, brindle exterior… he’s really just a wittle baby boy 🥹❤️
This lovely mr is a distinguished gentleman with the perfect mix of independence and sweetness. He enjoys strolling around the yard at his own pace, taking in all the sights and smells, then checking back in for pets and attention when he's ready for love. Every so often, his playful side bursts through with silly zoomies, complete with dramatic barrel rolls for belly rubs and ear scratches.
Hershel previously lived in a home with many other dogs and puppies. He seemed to take on more of a "grandpa" role in the group, carrying himself with a calm, confident presence.
Age: 3 years
Weight: 58 pounds
Other Dogs: Good with others, he is used to running the roost in a home with many dogs so he may be more dominant and in control of things but he is friendly.
Cats: Friendly with our shelter cat!
Kids: Children over 8
Home Type: semi active to active home, enjoys exercise. Has couch potato vibes sometimes.
Leash Behavior: pulls but is responsive
Commands: sit
Does well in cars/vans
