I am so excited...we will see what future has in store for "Team Panda". AKC issued her a PAL registration as a purebred Saint Bernard. She is small (under 90 lbs) very agile and fast as lighting. Snowy Pine's Pandora. Thank you Lori Juenke Saints of the West Rescue.

My Rally & Obedience Store is keeping busy and in my spare time, I am working with the Saint Bernard Rescue, training rescued Saints in need of social & obedience skills so that they may find forever homes. I am so proud of Athena! At the TMDTC Trial this weekend she earned a perfect score in Rally Master's 100 and two 98's on the other days. This was only the second time attempting the Master class. What a good girl.

Formal complaint filed with the State of Nevada Board of Veterinary Medicine against Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Reno and Surgeon Dr. MacLellan over Sherpa's post operative infection and care after his surgery on 12-7-2023.
Summary of the pages and pages of documents and photos submitted to the Board.
I feel that both the Blue Pearl Hospital and the surgeon Dr. MacLellan were negligent in the post operative care of my dog “Sherpa”. I had repeated ER visits post-surgery costing me thousands of dollars above and beyond the cost of the initial surgery. The travel time, financial hardship, and tremendous stress that my family experienced plus the additional pain and suffering that my dog has endured could have been prevented had antibiotics been prescribed upon discharge from surgery and a follow up visit would have been scheduled with the surgeon or equivalent (since he was vacation) . The Blue Pearl staff lacks empathy for both the pet and owner. Due to the unwillingness to communicate with me or to follow-up on Sherpa’s condition by both Dr. MacLellan and the Blue Pearl staff, I was forced to seek medical treatment at another hospital 3 hours from my home where Sherpa received the proper, compassionate care that he deserved.

AKC has added a NEW RALLY CLASS effective 6-29-2023

RC-Rally Choice

I have updated All AKC Rally Signs & The Quick Guide to include the New Choice Class ("C" has been added). Eff. 6-29-2023. Signs and descriptions have not changed.
All dogs are eligible to enter this class and may continue to compete indefinitely. The Choice Class course may have any level signs except for the jump signs.
There are no jumps in this class and all signs are judged
off leash. There are no retries for any of the signs. The Choice course will have 15 to 20 signs (Start and Finish not included). Courses will have a minimum of 4 Master signs, a minimum of 3 Excellent signs, and a minimum of 3 Advanced signs. When this class is being judged by the same person judging the Master class, the course will be the same except the jump will be replaced with any other class sign.

The title of RC will be earned after receiving 10 qualifying scores.
