Yo yo yo! 🎉 It’s MONDAY! Wishing everyone an amazing start to their week!

Our spirits are HIGH after this past weekend at the PACNWRS! We loved meeting so many new faces and reconnecting with some familiar ones. We hope that all the vendors had a fantastic time as well.

🚨 JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER! 🚨

If you picked up a new critter at this past weekend’s reptile show, we offer FREE general health inspections daily from 11 AM–7 PM! Our team is here to help you every step of the way and make sure your new scaly friend gets off to a great start!

We also check UVB bulbs at NO COST to help ensure your lighting is providing the appropriate output for your specific species. 💡☀️ Because proper husbandry matters!

Our shop is FULLY STOCKED, and we’re ready to help you find everything you need at great prices, backed by exceptional customer service.

And guess what?! 👀 There’s SO much more than what’s pictured! We’re continuing to monitor and quarantine some of our newest arrivals to make sure they’re ready before joining the rest of the crew. So keep your eyes peeled for what’s coming next! 🐢🦎🐍

We can’t wait to share everything we have planned for this month with you all. There’s lots of exciting stuff ahead!

Thank you for continuing to support our small business. We appreciate you all more than you know!

come shed what no longer serves you.

every monday and saturday we offer this guided class in our main lobby —focusing— on human and animal behavior. the 1 hour session is curated & designed to help people overcome their fear and find calm in the rhythm of their flow. other participants say they attend for the community aspect & enjoy the educational information being shared throughout class.

arch your back like a turtle and plant your thumbs into the earth. you’ll leave feeling lighter, relaxed, grounded, and a little more connected to the world around you.

add this to your bucket list —private sessions— now available for an even more personal experience.

WHICH TEGU IS YOUR FAVORITE?!

Our BABY ARGENTINE RED TEGUS are available in the shop and ready to steal the show! 😍 These little guys may be small now, but they have BIG personalities and plenty of growing to do!

Blue raspberry Jolly Rancher? Nope. 🫐
Blue Takis? Nope. 🌶️
A Smurf? Close… but nope. 💙
I’m just naturally this fabulous. 😌👅✨

That big blue tongue isn’t just for looks, either! When the ☀️ hits it just right, it reflects a bright flash of light that can startle predators and make them think twice about messing with me. Pretty cool, huh? 😎

But when I’m not busy scaring off predators, I’m basically a tiny garbage disposal with legs. 😂 I’ll eat just about anything!

As I get older, I’ll grow into what humans lovingly describe as a big loaf of bread… or sometimes a sausage with legs. 🍞🌭 Honestly, I think I’m pretty adorable either way.

I’m really just a sweet pea with a serious appetite. 💙

Come visit me at HISSS daily from 11–7 and ask to meet me! I’ll happily come say hi, show off my fancy tongue, and maybe become your new best friend. 🦎👅

I love it here! Come hang out with me! 🥰
