Our roadside farm stand visits come with a little extra entertainment when Maverick and Saoirse tag along. 😂🐾 (For us dog parents and the talented farmers and bakers watching their security footage.)

One of our favorite stops is Vine & Branch Homestead in Pardeeville, Wisconsin. It’s become part of our weekend routine to stop here. 🩵

🐾 Visiting a farm stand with your dog? When we do, we keep our leashes short, practice “leave it” before the visit and give other shoppers plenty of space. If a dog is at the property, we keep our pups in the car with the windows closed and one of us staying with them. We never assume resident dogs want visitors, even if our dogs are friendly.

🐶 If you have a dog with you, please know that we won’t allowed our dogs to meet your dogs while they’re on leashes.

Leashes can limit a dog’s ability to move away or communicate needs, and even friendly dogs can feel uncomfortable when meeting while restrained.

We want events to stay fun and low-stress for dogs, so we give our dogs space from other dogs and reward calm, neutral reactions to other dogs.

We appreciate your understanding and support. 🩵
