Active horse properties in the Southeast Valley (Apache Junction, Queen Creek & San Tan Valley) currently sit at 25. While inventory is lower than last month, buyers are getting more square footage for their money at current price levels.

June 2026 Glendale & Peoria Horse Property Market Report is now live.

Active horse properties in this corridor dropped again this month — from 10 in May down to just

June 2026 Chandler & Gilbert Horse Property Market Report is now live.

One of the biggest shifts this month is how quiet the market has become for arena-equipped properties. We’re down to just **one arena property** active in the entire Chandler–Gilbert corridor.

Overall active horse properties also dropped significantly — from 17 in May to only **10 this month**. On the positive side, 7 of those 10 properties include flood irrigation.
