ASPCI: Our office hours are 9am till 1pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our address is: 2631 Martin St S, Pell City, AL 35128. Discount Spay/Neuter Certificates are priced as follows: Female Dog-$75 with Vaccines $125
Male Dog-$70 with Vaccines $120
Female Cat-$50 with Vaccines $100
Male Cat-$45 with Vaccines $95
Vaccines are sold ONLY with a Spay-Neuter Certificate Sale. Animals must be at least 6 months old. Two certificates per household in a 6 month period.
We accept Cash, Cards and Checks
Income limit to qualify for the program is $49,000 per household, proof required.
We have eight participating Vets in our program:
Argo Animal Clinic
Branchville Animal Hospital
Cropwell Small Animal Hospital
Lincoln Vet Clinic
Logan Martin Vet
Pell City Animal Hospital
Little Cahaba
St. Clair (Moody)
We do not accept animals for surrender or rehoming. Our services ONLY cover the cost of surgery and anesthesia and most vaccines. Any other costs are the responsibility of the certificate purchaser.

Many thanks to everyone who participated in today’s ASPCI spay/neuter certificate sale. We sold 77 certificates! Thank you for helping to reduce the overpopulation of cats and dogs in our area.

ASPCI and their Resale to the Rescue Shop has a display ( #63) at Pell City’s Lights in the Park again this year, but this time we have a surprise! Watch the video below with speaker on and see/hear a sneak peak. It makes the children & adults laugh! When you go, as you enter the park, scan the QR code & go to the link to vote for the displays that best match the various awards. I think the one that matches ASPCI’s display is— well what do you think? Ha! Ha! Ha! ASPCI & their R2R shop benefits local area dogs and cats. Merry Christmas!
