Thank you for updates....there are 5 pups at modesto shelter now, safe. TWABR has 2 pups. Either facility will welcome fosters. Ty to you the community for your vigilance and help.

5 pups still there. They are friendly. Appear to be border collie mix. If you can foster 1 or more please let us know, we are hoping to transport to Oregon. Or locate.a rescue. Thku.

Update: Oscar has been placed. Thank you all who shared and cared.
Oscar is a 30 year old Congo African Grey parrot.
His senior owner has had him 20 years but is ill and can no longer care for him.
