Unfortunately we at RPS have to install a No Show policy. We have had 25+ no shows in the month of August, which might not seem like a lot but this is the main source of income for us and our families. So missing appointments affect us greatly financially.

Starting next week we will be keeping cards on file. Dogs scheduled that do not give notice within 12 hours of appointment will be charged. We are all human and we understand emergencies happen, as well as forgetfulness. If you reach out within the time frame, fees may be waived. Repeat offenders will be required a deposit at time of scheduling and 3+ no shows you will be removed from our client list.

DO NOT reply, txt, call the number from our automatic text reminders. We don’t receive those messages. Please contact us through our phone 618-354-1964 or our Facebook messages!
