Smoke Rise Kennel

Directions

Smoke Rise Kennel Dog boarding facility. Pet boarding (limited to dogs) is offered at the Smoke Rise facility. The rate for boarding is $25/dog/day.

Dogs picked up during the morning office hours will incur a half-day charge of $12 rather than the full day rate of $25. Please contact Smoke Rise Kennel at 419-652-3798 for more information or to make reservations. All boarders must be current on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Cash and personal checks are accepted for payment. We do not accept CREDIT or DEBIT cards. The concrete and cinder block building is heated with 4x4 foot interior bedding areas that are attached via a sliding door to individual outdoor chain link runs. In the summer, numerous windows and doors provide good ventilation and large "barn" fans keep air moving. The kennel yard is fully fenced for your dog's protection and roof extensions cover the outside runs to provide protection from sun, rain, and snow.

Smoke Rise Kennel will NOT be having special hours on July 4th. 🇺🇸🎉🎊 We will be open 8-10 in the morning and 5-7 in the evening.
Remember that more dogs run away/get lost over July 4th weekend than any other time of year due to fear of fireworks. Make sure gates and doors are securely closed and dogs are kept leashed or otherwise controlled.
Have a safe and happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸
